Founded in 2018 in Singapore by former members of the technology transfer and commercialization team of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

Dr. Li Wei

Nearly 20 years of experience in technology transfer and commercialization, including over a decade at Singapore's A*STAR. Skilled in investment, incubation, IP management, and international collaboration. Ph.D. and Bachelor's in Microelectronics from NTU, MBA from INSEAD.

Tyler Huang

Co-founder & COO

Tyler Huang

Nearly 20 years of high-tech enterprise and project management experience, including over 10 years at NXP Semiconductors. Lean Six Sigma certified project manager, well-versed in international technology collaboration. Dual Bachelor's from UESTC, Master's from NUS.
